As required by the Government of Canada, indigenous businesses and organizations who wish to participate in the project must be registered and in good standing with Indigenous Service Canada’s Indigenous Business Directory. EllisDon Construction Services Inc. (EllisDon) as the Design Builder, along with its design partner,
Stantec have been contracted to provide design services and constructability oversight to complete
the design of the Royal Canadian Air Force (RCAF) infrastructure that will support the Future Fighter
Capability Project (FFCP). The infrastructure will provide shelter and a working environment
capable of supporting the operation and maintenance of a yet to be determined advanced fighter aircraft.

Before an organization can bid on sensitive federal government contracts with security
requirements, they must be registered with the Public Services and Procurement Canada’s
(PSPC) Contract Security Program (CSP). This also allows Contract Authorities the ability to
ensure security requirements for personnel, physical and information technology security are met in the contracting process.
